Our Wines

2002 Sangiovese - Our Sangiovese is 100% Sangiovese grapes from the Pontin Del Roza Vineyard in Prosser, Washington. The bouquet is very fragrant with berries and violets. The palate is a balanced fruit forward with peppery overtones and a delicate hint of vanilla. This delicious wine is a Bronze medal winner from the Washington State Wine Competition in 2005 and a Bronze medal winner at Savor the Flavor in the Tri-Cities 2005. It is very complimentary with pasta dishes, BBQ, lamb and chicken. $20 a bottle in the Tasting Room.

2002 Merlot - Our Merlot is 75% merlot from Portteus Vineyards in Zillah and 25% cabernet sauvignon from the Horse Heaven Hills. The bouquet has dark fruit, a hint of smoke and chocolate. The merlot has a soft, full and velvety palate. Our merlot was the only Silver Medal winner at the Savor the Flavor Competition in the Tri-Cities 2005 and Bronze medal winner at the Washington State Fair Wine Competition in 2005. It is wonderful with pork, chicken and steak, a true complement. $20 a bottle in the Tasting Room.

2002 Destiny Ridge Syrah - The 2002 Destiny Ridge Syrah is 100% syrah from the Destiny Ridge Vineyard. The bouquet has a lot of fruit forward, a hint of smoke and chocolate. The palate of this syrah will have a full mouth feel with lots of raspberries and black berries finishing with soft tannins. It is delicious with Thai, pork, pasta dishes and lamb. $10 a bottle in the Tasting Room.

2003 Destiny Ridge Syrah - This Syrah is 100% syrah from the Destiny Ridge Vineyard, the same as the 2002 syrah. It has a defining bouquet with dark berries, oak, leather, licorice and tobacco. As it's bouquet invites you, it follows thru with the taste of dark berries, oak, leather and tobacco with bolder tannins filling the mouth. It is delicious with steak, lamb, spicy fish dishes and pork. $20 a bottle in the Tasting Room.

2002 Portteus Vineyards Syrah - Our Portteus Vineyards Syrah is 100% syrah from Portteus Vineyards in Zillah. The intense bouquet has a complex, fragrant dark fruit with black licorice, smoke and vanilla overtones. The palate transcends the bouquet with more intensity of black berries, dark cherries, velvety tannins, hints of black licorice and oak coating the palate with a complexity of flavors. Our Syrah won Gold at the Washington State Wine Competition in 2005 and Bronze at the Savor the Flavor Wine Competition in the Tri-Cities 2005. It is a wonderful compliment to almost any meal.

2002 Cabernet Sauvignon - The Cabernet Sauvignon is 75% Cabernet Sauvignon from the Horse Heaven Hills and 25% Merlot from the Horse Heaven Hills. The bouquet is very intense with black current, violets, leather, tobacco and medium toasted oak. The richness of the palate is alive with flavors of black currents, hints of tobacco and toasted oak. An explosion of flavors and tannins in this complex wine. "Highly Recommended" by Wine Press Northwest in its first International Wine Competition. This will be a wine to follow and will age nicely. Recommended dishes are steak, pork and lamb. $23 bottle in the Tasting Room.

2002 Red Wine - This our newest release for April 2006. A great new addition. Our Red Wine is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot and Syrah. Rich ripe berries with earthy hints of vanilla and toasted oak with a nice medium body for a full firm finish. Our Red Wine won Bronze in it's first competition at the 2006 Washington State Wine Competition.
