Desert Hills winery owner Bill Burke and his wife, Lisa, acknowledge their world has changed.  Their long-time passion for winemaking – originally a weekend hobby – has taken over their lives.  For them, the greatest enjoyment comes in sharing their passion. 

 Bill, Lisa and  staff bring a new, fresh approach to winemaking, with the emphasis on high quality wines in a few, select varieties.  Desert Hills Winery barreled 2,800 cases of wine in the start-up year of 2002.
